This models replaces default helmet model so you will be able to see players with custom models better. It also inludes red and blue models from AG.

If you want to use one model for all enemies you have to use updated client.dll and then add to your config cl_forceenemymodels “red”. For players in your team use cl_forceteammatesmodel “blue”

Just unpack and copy to your Half-life folder.
